[Event] Jakarta Startups Club: Open Discussion on Indonesian Startups

Inspired by the thrill of Jakarta Lawyers Club (JLC) shown on TV every Tuesday night, Jakarta Founder Institute (JKTFI) is launching a similar program to discuss startups. The program, named Jakarta Startups Club, will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012 in Merah Putih Incubator at Jl. Aipda K.S. Tubun 2C/8, Jakarta.

Jakarta Startups Club will run for 3 hours, beginning at 2 PM. Various kinds of things will be covered in this discussion, starting from the glamor of the startup world, the ups and downs of founders, experience in gaining investment and participating in an incubator, and of course, issues and gossips across the industry.

Various well known names will attend this event, among them are William Tuniwijaya, founder of Tokopedia which just received a significant investment from Netprice, SannyGaddafi (founder of Fupei, Portoku, Travelnesia, Sixreps), Many Marahimin (Wujudkan.com), Rebecca and Stanley (Stilomo), Edi Taslim (Kompas.com), Antonny Liem (Merah Putih Incubator), Andi S. Boediman (Ideosource) and William Henley the infamous Dr. Doom of the Indonesian technology community.

The event, supported by GDP Ventures, Merah Putih Incubator, SparxUp, BliBli, Ideosource, Kompas.com and MobileMonday, will be moderated by Rama Mamuaya (DailySocial) and Andy Zain (MobileMonday). You can join and jazz up Jakarta Startups Club by registering on this page. Air your thoughts about startups in this event or you will regret it because three hours is not enough.
